Long-term Maintenance Surveys & Reports
Maynard Marks is experienced in the completion of Long-term or planned maintenance surveys and can assess the present condition of a property for commercial, industrial or multi unit residential use, reviewing the internal and external building fabric, electrical, Heating and Ventilation (HVAC), hydraulic, lift services and fire protection systems. The information within our reports provides an understanding of the serviceable life of the various building elements, as well as the reactive and deferred maintenance immediately required to bring the building up to a functioning state of repair.
