Charlotte Veale

I am an experienced project manager with significant expertise across the project lifecycle of a broad range of construction projects. I have successfully led and coordinated project teams in both the public and private sectors for end-to-end delivery, from overseeing and implementing the procurement process, obtaining all necessary building and resource consent approvals, and managing programmes to project completion and handover. My methodical and proactive nature sees me aiming for the highest standards and quality on all projects.

I seek to understand my clients’ needs and ensure these are at the forefront of everything I do. With significant client-side experience, I appreciate both the demands of delivering complex projects in a live environment to tight timeframes and managing multiple consultants, contractors, and other suppliers to ensure we deliver to the client’s expectations and meet project deliverables.  You will find me reliable and trustworthy and can expect me to develop a strong team ethos by building trusting relationships, which form a solid foundation for project success.

As a system-based and process-driven individual, I ensure all Health and Safety requirements are met and compliance issues are addressed at every phase of my projects. Having worked in multiple live campus environments, I provide an interface with construction teams to ensure site operations are always maintained in a safe manner.
