Bo holds a master’s degree with distinction from Imperial College London and has practiced as a structural engineer for almost a decade, in both design and construction focused roles.
His expertise includes structural design, construction monitoring, seismic assessment, structural strengthening and engineering technology development, and his project portfolio includes public, commercial and residential buildings and industrial plants, as well as infrastructure developments, throughout Australasia.
Prior to joining Maynard Marks, Bo gained five years’ strong technical experience in New Zealand and is well versed in the local design codes, standards and practices.
With extensive experience working for multinational developers and working on-site, Bo bears a strong sense of cost and constructability while carrying out his engineering design work and is able to walk in the client’s shoes when projects need support.
At Maynard Marks Bo offers a wide range of structural engineering services including structural condition assessments, seismic assessments, structural engineering design, peer-review, structural design of building façade elements, structural defect inspections and remedial design, structural design of small bridges and culverts and structural design of temporary works for construction.
