This means we’re part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact, supporting an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy.
B Corp Certification recognises that a business is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on factors ranging from employee benefits to supply chain practices.
To achieve certification, a company must demonstrate high social and environmental performance by attaining a B Impact assessment score and making a commitment of accountability to all stakeholders - not just shareholders.
We set the goal of becoming B Corp certified in 2020, as a core milestone on our sustainability journey to make sure we deliver value for all stakeholders and to improve our performance across five key areas of our business – governance, workers, environment, customers, and community.
We’re looking forward to engaging further with the B Corp movement and continuing to develop Maynard Marks in line with our Purpose: to create built environments where people and communities thrive.
