Our role as project managers is to ensure your project is a success from its inception through to its completion – wherever it is in New Zealand.
Whether you have a new build or an alteration or refurbishment / remediation project, we can help.
As part of a multi-disciplinary team that comprises project managers, architects, building surveyors, asbestos assessors, environmental consultants, quantity surveyors and structural engineers, we can harness our collective knowledge to bring ideas and added value to your project.
You’ll benefit from our team’s extensive experience project managing commercial and residential new build and specialist remediation projects. A key advantage we have over project managers who only deal with new builds is that, because we see what goes wrong with buildings, we get them right first time.
We also employ project managers dedicated to the education sector, who have previously worked for the Ministry of Education and who, as a result, implicitly understand the Ministry’s processes and procedures.
We can help you in a number of ways throughout your project, including:
- managing the design process and the professional team
- managing the selection of contractors and administering the construction contract
- development monitoring on behalf of funders
- independent peer review of contractor procurement or other contract administration matters
- providing Engineer to the Contract services.
You’ll have access to a team of highly skilled project managers with diverse backgrounds. That allows us to match particular skill sets to each project.
You’ll also benefit from our robust QA process, our written procedures and guidelines, which are vital to performing successfully in these roles and which ensure we provide a consistent service.
