Feasibility studies

A feasibility study will help you to determine both the financial and physical feasibility of a proposed scheme either prior to, or after, purchasing a property.

The feasibility study’s process involves us carrying out a detailed analysis of the various issues that could influence the commercial decisions you need to make prior to constructing or altering a building. We would:

  • provide advice on Planning and Building Code requirements
  • detail the current condition and advise on future maintenance requirements
  • provide preliminary design and budget costing options (if required).
If you wish to understand or explore the feasibility of a proposed scheme, please contact us on T: +64 9 912 2550 or E: office@maynardmarks.co.nz
